RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In order to return or exchange an item, the following criteria must be met: 

• The item must be sent back within 28 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
• The item must be returned with all tags and packaging.
• The item must not carry any stains, hair, dirt or odour.

We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.

Returns

We are not currently offering free returns. It is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us using a reliable and tracked delivery service.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability, for items of the same value of your returned products. 

Customers will be responsible for sending the item back to us using a reliable and tracked delivery service, in addition to the cost of delivery for exchanged items.
